Went in to service my 2016 Chevrolet Impala. Android Auto was released and in order to use it, my Chevy MyLink has to be updated. I pulled up to the service garage, immediately was helped, and I described what I needed. The man scratched his head and didn't quite understand. I brought up the Chevy website where it says "this update is performed exclusively by Chevy dealers." He said they'd take a look. After waiting over an hour, he came in and said "they told me it's done, but the guy says your phone may need to be fixed."

Who is the genius that decided a screeching woman is a good idea for an intro in a radio commercial? This guy needs to be fired. Tired of hearing a woman screech on the radio every half hour during the day

Bought a car back in July. Had slight vibration when breaking. Took it in, they did alignment but problem was not corrected. Said nothing about breaks. Didn’t have time to go in again until this week. Turns out front break pads need replacing but are not covered since it’s been 3 months, even tho it’s had the problem since day one. Not happy at all.

Great experience buying from Tyler's. My salesman, Roger, worked with me every step of the way. They helped me get out of my old car and into a new 2017 Kia Optima. Roger stayed late two days in a row to get me into the car I wanted and even offered to help me clean out my old car. Could not ask for a better salesman or car buying experience in general. The finance department explained everything every step of the way and got me the best deal for my situation. Could not ask for more. Thank you Roger and Tylers!

Obviously they had no clue what they were doing, because they didn't do a single thing with the entertainment system. My guess is they plugged in their diagnostic computer and expected that to do the job. Luckily they didn't charge me cause I would've been pissed. I wasted an hour of my time for them to do absolutely nothing.

I am very disappointed by my experiences with this dealership but have continued to use them since they are the closest Chevy dealership. We are loyal Chevy customers and have prior experience with many quality dealerships in other states. This particular dealership continually overcharges for mediocre service, have terrible customer service skills and poor record keeping. If you go there for an oil change watch out for the "Tyler advantage plan" which they slide into the bill. We traded in a vehicle and they failed to give us proper paperwork. When we called the F/I department to correct it, we were told that they did not keep the appropriate records. All they have to do is print out a new bill of sale/contract. They said they would look around and call back but they failed to follow through. They replaced a windshield wiper blade without my approval (which is not a huge deal because it's just a blade) and course charged an obscene amount for it. They post on their website that you get free oil changes for the first three years and they don't honor it. The main problem with this dealer is they don't honor their promises in writing where they are transparent and clear; instead they are hid behind "fine print" at best. If you do choose to go to this dealer make sure when you buy the car everything (and I mean everything) is in writing from the sales staff or you will be playing the "he said, she said game". There are great dealers that honor what they advertise, but unfortunately this isn't one of them.
