Rented there for 2 years, then got bought by All Secure, they jacked rent from $925 to $1200 per month with 1 month notice. Called to ask them about it, and they would give $50 off per month down to $1150, which was hardly enough to keep me renting there, but ok, but then had the gall to tell me they are raising it again in 6 months to $1400 per month. Increase over 50% in a year? Terrible! Moved out 2 months after their 1st Initial Letter Notice of Increase. Steer Clear of All Secure.
