My friend lives here I love to visit here it is always so nice and everyone is so friendly her home is so big and nice it doesn't look big from the outside but once you go in it's very big she even has a hot tub in her bathroom very nice neighborhood

Lot rent includes a few utilities, and the neighborhood is plowed and open lots are well maintained. It reminds me of a gated community where everyone is friendly and looks out for each other. You see several golf carts driving around since there is no city/state thourough fair running through the neighborhood, you enter Silverbrook from E Main ST, and the police regularly patrol the neighborhood and make sure the 15mph speedlimit is followed so it's safe for kids and everyone alike. Silverbrook had for free an outdoor in Ground Pool and indoor clubhouse with small work out room. You can reserve the clubhouse for free and for parties like birthdays, reunions or whatever as long as it isn't out of control.
Nothing like a trailer park because it's not! It's all manufactured homes that new fetch $55k to $150k because it is a home and are beautiful. You can build a shed or Garage, a deck, paved driveway etc. You do Pay lot rent which is less a month then renting most 1 bedroom apartments, and it's a new house and it's yours. You can even have the home moved to a piece of property u buy or come into if thats what you choose.
