The service engineer, Chris, was so competent and offered me several alternatives. I decided to go with a new water heater(mine was 25 yrs. old) and Chris promptly gave me payment options, called in and got the new water heater to my home w/in 1 hour. I was so grateful and really surprised. Chris did everything he could to provide me with great service. My heater was brought and installed w/in 3 hrs and the price was right!
You might wanna let your employees know that traffic laws do apply to them. I had one of your vehicles with the plate number 3LD 878 pass me on I-196 southbound just before I-94 near Benton Harbor. The vehicle pulled into my lane after passing me and didn't use a turn signal. I'm sick and tired of people who think they don't have to use a turn signal. The law requires it. That makes it necessary.
