Used to deliver to this store while driving truck for Papa John's out of Louisville. Met, who is now my beautiful girlfriend three years ago so this place will always be special in my heart. Yes I am rating this for all the wrong reasons technically. I could list numerous reasons why this store should be nothing more than a 2 but I have seen the operation in the back and cooler. Not to mention the owner is a real arrogant butt head that should keep his "actions" under control.
My pizza was made perfectly, its delicious and just how i wanted it. Thabks keep up the good work.
Consistently forget my extra sauces when delivered. When you call in, you are put on hold for ten minutes. Would be one star but the pizza is good and the delivery drivers are friendly.
Entered promo code and spent the next ten minutes looking at everything but what I wanted. I knew what I wanted....I chose it from the coupon that was sent to me. Why can't I just call and tell that girl my order? Why do I have to get online to do such a simple task? Keep It Simple Stupid. Pizza Hut accepted my call and order without any of the headaches you provided. Nice Job.
If you are trying to decide between this and another establishment, and the cheese sauce and bread sticks are your reson for coming here, don't. You will never get your sauces. They will expect you to wait 45 to eat your bread sticks while they complete their other orders, then bring your sauce. When that doesn't work for you they will offer to credit the next order. If they actually remember to credit the order (don't remind them or they will call you a liar and a thief), they won't bring them the next time either. You will end up with a credit for 47 sauces that will NEVER come. Don't think that if you wait a few months they will get it together and actually get your order right.... I have tried. Go somewhere else if you want your complete order!!
