From the time I walked in the door to check I was already having problems. The girl that works at the front desk checked me in only to find out I needed to fill out CONSENT FORMS after I had already walked away to go where she told me but I had to walk right back for the paper work and she wasn't there I was waiting on her for a good 25-30 minutes. The other problem I had is after I left and went to look at my ultrasound pictures on the disc they gave us only to find out there was nothing on it !!
The new way to check into the lab is a Joke' line of people waiting' 2 chairs and the girls at front desk are clueless. Never had an issue with the lab' was always easy and fast before. Never again' i will go someplace else. Not worth the headache!
Not allowed to deliver I V bags to hospital due to stupid locked security doors and no one cares to wanna open them.
My experience with Lakeland Niles Hosp. has been pretty good. I found them helpful to a point. One time I received help for awful pain , but not for some time. But I understand that they can not treat till testing is done. However their diagnose was incorrect. Meds still helped. Another time cat scan showed what was not wrong, but no help with what was, which I still don't know. I do not know if there was more they could have done or not. But they were kind and professional.
The ER isn’t very good, and this is going off several experiences with them. That being said, the labor and delivery department is absolutely AMAZING! Every nurse I had over my 4 day stay was kind, thoughtful, helpful, supportive and encouraging. My son and I were well taken care of and I would recommend that department to anyone.
