The front desk people and the nurse's are awesome the doctors are not that great.
I had the pleasure of getting to know a few staff members over the course of several necessary appointments. This staff is knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. Any time I’ve had a question or concern, it was handled with grace and due-diligence. 5 stars.
I found the support staff, as far as administrative staff and the intake nurses, were very professional and pleasant. When it came to my dealings with the Nurse Practitioner, the Doctor and the C.E.O. of this facility, I found that they are pathetically incompetent when treating me, diagnosing illnesses, caring medically for me, listening to my point of view, reading other doctor’s records, and the nurse’s overall personal presentation was absolutely lacking. The C.E.O. did not have control of her staff from my experience after the appointment and my initial complaint. The nurse showed no interest in forming a relationship with me and she made no effort to make me feel comfortable and able to speak my thoughts about my own health care choices. This is a vital part of the doctor/patient relationship; to trust one another. Her attitude was condescending and threatening to such a magnanimous degree that it was uncomfortable to experience. She is a very ineffectual and dishonorable individual who does not belong in the health care profession. The management team appeared to be useless as there was no guidance following complaints about my disappointing appointment experience. The C.E.O. declined all communication after her initial weak response. The President of the Board of Directors had absolutely nothing to contribute to how the networks were practicing health care. I have since changed clinics and have found satisfactory care elsewhere. My experience with Niles Community Health Center was atrocious and I could never comfortably recommend them to anyone looking for quality health care.
By far the worst doctors I've ever encountered. Ever. These absolute nightmares of nonprofessional borderline malpracticing predators will not only never help you with your health, but create new problems and harm your chances of getting real care further with each visit. If you value your time go elsewhere. Every visit but the first two has been a torturous hell. I have had health problems (like a degenerative disc) already firmly established suddenly treated as though I didn't have x rays proving it, and other just as astoundingly bad experiences. If you tell them theyre not doing their job, expect to spend the rest of the session talking about therapy and not your health problem.... It's asinine. I guess you're "crazy" if you call it like you see it, eh?
Such a great staff! Always going the extra mile!
