Terrible. Worst lowes Ive ever been in. Big unhappy lady working the register in the lumber dept was just as rude and impatient as she could be. They had an add for a sale on lumber but when we got there the guy Josh acted Like I was an idiot even after I showed him the ad on their website. He said they have never carried those boards. Anyway did I walk out of there with a small discount or even an apology. Nope not even that..☹️
It is just another big box store at least they have jobs and asking for more workers helps the National economy
Our flooring experience is a nightmare! We ordered and paid for carpet for one room 5 months ago. We have spoken to flooring manager, store manager numerous times our order gets lost, then never reordered. It truly is a mess. We have purchased from
Extremely knowledgeable staff is what keeps me coming back. Need a fine screen mesh to put over your AC unit to keep mosquitoes out? Got it. Need firebrick? They know where to point you to. Have a really obscure looking bolt out of a laptop charging cart from 15 years ago? Show it to them and they'll hook you up with a bag of them in less than a minute. Love this Lowe's.
Lowes for a complete siding and window project in which we were THRILLED -both are beautiful. However, this experience is horrible. We had hoped to purchase a roof from Lowes but now we need to look elsewhere. Very disappointed !!
I work here and still maintain that Lowe's is by far the best home improvement chain to shop as well as work for.
