I went into the Niles,MI. Salon and spoke with Cindy who Told me she could Trim my hair in layers as that was how my hair was ... long and layered. My hair went to the top of my butt in the back and when brought over my shoulder came way down over my breast...
The the 3rd is how it was fixed?? So Unhappy!!!
Now a week later and Still no call from corporate. I was told over and over that I would hear from a district manager within 2 working days!!!
Well She BUTCHERED MY HAIR!!! IF I COULD SUE I WOULD!!! I can't even reach up my back and feel my hair!!! It barely comes over my shoulder in the front and is 2 INCHES SHORTER ON THE LEFT SIDE then the RIGHT!!!
go there for all of my hair cuts normally on Tuesday went this week to find out they changed there hours without updating there Web site. drove 40 minutes just to find out there hours changed. ..update your website people!

So I called her today hoping foe an apology and a suggestion to fix it and she tried to say I asked her for this then she said her manager fixed it for me and when I tried to tell her the manager didn't fix it because it's so messed up she hung up on me!!!
The manager Mel tried to fix it the next day but it's STILL LONGER ON THE RIGHT!!!

I'M 63 my hair isn't going to grow back long like that!!! It's taken me years to get it that long!!! It looks HORRIBLE UNEVEN AND SHE KNEW I WANTED IT NICE BECAUSE I WAS TRAVELING TO ATTEND A BIRTHDAY PARTY IN MY HONOR!!!!! I'VE BEEN CRYING FOR DAYS!!!!
