I was in your town for the first time from Chicago and got a flat tire. Fortunately the aaa tow truck operator Andy told me about this place when I had lost hope of getting back to chicago the same night. I couldn't find a tire replacement in stock in town and all the stores were closed. Gary did an excellent job not only patching the tire but going out of his way to do so quickly for me and I am so grateful. Also the cashier was also helpful. I don't know the next time I will be in Niles but I highly recommend Pete's!
The first couple times, I had to wait for about 25 minutes to talk to someone. But today, Adam helped me. He was awesome and I appreciated all of his help.
I just had to say this even though it has been a month ago but if it wasn't for Pete and his crew i wouldn't have made it back home to Cali to see my fam. He truly is a very humble and patient like no other. He promised me that i wouldn't be driving off unless he knew i was set and well taken care of. I completely RECOMMEND taking in your car to Pete! The mechanics there were very helpful. Both bays were filled and they stopped what they were doing to give me a had. Pulled a nail from a tire that wasn't deep enough to cause a leak and check the air in the remainder three then sent me on my way without a charge. Thanks fellas
I have done business with Pete for a long time. The mechanics that Pete have working for him don't meet my expectations for this shop one bit. I was told that I need to haul my 2015 Dart to the junkyard because it needed a new timing chain. I was told it was a $500 job and they tried charging me over a grand. What happened to the days when you could trust a mechanic?
