When I arrived I was told they had no cars to rent. They were dismissive when I pointed out I had a reservation, simply repeating they had no cars.
Great people and service. I have rented at many different locations over many years this is one of the best around.Very professional and focused on the customer.
Always fun making less money because a company didn't honor your reservation, or bother calling you beforehand so you could make other arrangements.
Reserved a car a couple days in advance because mine was in the shop, and I needed to get to a work function.
Friendly staff, it always seems like you have to wait an excessive amount of time though, need more staff, someone's always on break or under staffed it seems, but satisfied with the business itself
Easy rental!! Car was in good condition. I was able to be picked up. They will pick up anyone in 10 mile radius. Pick up was just a little late. Their insurance was half the cost of my rental.
Picked me up at repair shop, polite, professional, and helpfull. Haven't returned car yet but should be the same deal. Quinn is who I had. Recommend him for sure.
